The idle rpm isn't to change. It is controlled by the ecu electromechanically. If you try to change that, it doesn't meet the manufacturers specification anymore and in western european countries that most probably leads to problems when attempting to pass technical control. Don't know if that might be an issue in Greece...
Apart from that, you could try to change the resistance in the signal line of the air inlet temperature sensor or coolant temperature sensor. If you'd use a potentiometer, you can even adjust it while driving. Generally, there should be some kind of switch for fast idle, which increases idle rpm when you put it in D or R. I guess, thats what is not properly working in your car. because 850rpm in fast idle is very low. My EJ-VE had always more. But: When I didn't switch on the headlights, I had a slightly lower idle too and thus more Vibration. That was very rare, because where I live, it is mandatory to have lights on even trough the day. Maybe it helps a bit, to turn on the Headligts? That will not increase idle rpm significantly, but maybe it helps reducing vibration.
