Does anyone know if i unscrew the valve cover can i replace the 3 rubber seal for sparks and the number to find it?

As far as I know, you can't replace the seals. If you want to replace those, you'd have to replace the entire valve cover. And, there is no guarantee, that a new one would seal better.

The right way to do would be to ask yourself first, if you have any symptoms from that. If not, don't do anything. It would be a waste of time and money.

I had an L251 (from new) and it had always some oil on the outside of the spark plugs. It did never affect the engines work.

And I had a Cit C1 which also had a little oil there, altough it was considderably less than on the L251. It didn't affect the engines function neither.

Are you shure you wan't to spend money on that?

Think of it another way. The Spark plugs cable has a rubber seal too. as long as this is intact, it will not be a real problem to have a little bit of oil on its outside. It nomally seals off decent enough to ensure the Engine to work as it should.
