Hello Kiter,

Try opening the bleed screw. If there is pressure escaping when you do you have a flow problem. If not it's probably the piston siezed. Sometimes the brake hoze will dry out on the inside and litle parts of the rubber come loose and form a one-way valve. In that case there will be litle pressure escaping if you undo the hose on the vehical side.
