Sorry for the english but my german......
I would look in the coolant reservoir to check the level. If that is normal there is no direct reason to suspect it's getting coolant in the cylinders.
Next check the compression. You can try a simple method to determine if the gasket has gone between cylinders. Remove all the spark plugs and then using a screwdriver inserted backwards (handle side downwards)and pressed down on the sparkplug hole check each cylinder for pressure build up(its best if thescrewdriver handle is rounded at the end). Have someone turn the key and feel how much force is needed to keep the screw driver from flying off. If there are two adjecent cylinders that show clearly less pressure the gasket has gone between cylinders. If you can not trust the above test use a compression tester to make shure. If ok there is no reason to suspect the gasket.
Next check the earth on the engine. Use a starter cable and connect the battery eart using one cable to the engine on a sunstancial blank bit of metal. I had the same problem on a CB23 engine in that it would start and run fine but the fan didn't come on if it got hot. The contact on the gearbox was corroded and only worked if large currents or only litle current was drawn.
That leaves the petrol/air mix. Either to litle petrol (blocked filter, sensor malfunction, injector pump, tank gauze on intake pipe) or to litle air/to much fuel (sensors).

René.
