Charade Turbo 1986

Hi Guys!

I have two questions..

1. Is there supposed to be a gasket between the turbo and the exhaust manifold? I have never senn that before..

2. I´m going to change to a bigger turbo and wonder if anyone has done that and if so which turbo you recomend..
