Ich suche einen Eletronik-Freak für eine ganz besondere Aufgabenstellung

ich möchte eine LED analog zur Motordrehzahl eines Cuoe L276 blinken lassen. Der Blinktakt soll so aussehen:

Motordrehzahl / Blinktakt soll ca. 2000/1 sein

Wer kann mir eine solche, kleine Schaltung entwerfen. Löten kann ich sie selber.
