Diesel Charade gearbox (gear ratios, final drive ratio)
 

Hallo, (sorry I'll write in English). today I agian blew 2nd gear dog teeth (I think so, cause there is no torkque when I insert 2nd gear). I know one guy who sells cheaply gearbox from Diesel Charade. Maybe someone has information about it (gear ratios, final drive ratio)? Last time I replaced broken dog teeth, from CB23 gearbox, and everything is ok! So maybe someone will share any type of info about Diesel 1.0 Charade gearbox. Thanks in advance!

CL61= Turbo Diesel
CB 80 = GTti

CL11 /CL61 /CB80

3.090/3.090/3.090= 1st gear
1.842/1.842/1.750
1.230/1.230/1.230
0.864/0.864/0.916
0.707/0.707/0.750=5th gear

4.933/4.642/4.642 =final drive

wow, thanks man! maybe you can shae the source where do you found it? ;]

hmm, it seems, that, 2nd gear from CL11 is similar to CB80. I hope, that the shaft is also the same... And maybe during gearbox rebuild change final drive to 4.933 for better acceleration, what do You think?

aus litauen, ich habe zwei gt-ti. today i'll go on dyno to measure power of one my cb80ies ;]] wish luck. only one mod is custom made downpipe ... and rised boost (with the help of that downpipe :] Wish me a luck ;]]

So results are such as I expected:

136.6 PS @ 6130 rpm
159 Nm @ 5790 rpm
