How Cuore become GTti........
 

HI!!

First i'm sorry but i write in english, because i read german language, but i'm very bad when i must write some words....

Ok, I decide to buy a cuore and put on it engine of charade GTti....

Soon i'm going to finish my project and i show you some photos....

Wow congratulation! VERY nice projekt, but best effect if you going up to tune the CB80 engine. Take a few looks at the postings from "japanturbo" he currently build up his charade GTti for more than 200 BHP!!! You should try to get up. But in the short time you have left till the race will beginn you better organize the tunings for the next year....

Aha!! Yes i have some parts home for tuning engine!! Boost controler, air filter, downpipe, exaust fi 60mm and FCD.....i'll look on the post of japanturbo.
But my plan is for this year just serial engine, maybe next year tuning....

I read post of japanturbo!! This look nice....but i buy last year new serial turbo IHI, and this turbo is now 1 year old....

how do you combined the cb-engine with the cuore-engine-frame?

Acceleration of test.....is 0-140 km/h 13-14sec

But now on august we do more test..........and 17. september we go on DRAG Race here in Slowenien!!

great car, but for drag race den gear box is too long, isn´t it???
the gear box from G100 is shorter, I think its better for drag races.

must be very BAD, its also a issue at my GTti and therefor you must have some major problems, do you=?

Please post the Drag times you achieve, i'm very interested to compare them to GTti times!

das getribe was er drauf hat is doch aus nem G100 (mal abgesehen davon das der cb80 auch außem G100 is)

Nice project !
I hope you will win some races - and maybe catch up to the charade drivers. They will look stupid if a cuore is going their pace - but not as stupid as the drivers of bigger cars.
And good luck on your testdrives and especially in September !

I have gearbox from g100 charade 1.0..........cb23!!

my words... that´s the point i´m thinking about

I must say.......the traction is gut on 135/80 r12.......very gut.....but we will se on drag race.....the asfalth is more brutal......this year i try on this tires......winter tires!!

I must say i have more problems with traction when i have engine on charade gtti....tires was 195/65 r14......and have problem with traction on 1st and 2nd

This year i drive on drag race....with saxo vts....and i have winter tires.....good time....serial saxo (120hp) going on 402m....16.08sec!!

But in Slowenien have drag race on airports!! The asfalth is more brutal than on streets!! Gut grip!!

I show the time of drag race on september!! We hope gut time:mrgreen:

the next time i will go to the drag is also on sept. the 3rd :smile:

hoping for low 15 sec. :zustimm:
