Ich glaube, es ist das 1.3er vom g200 gemeint und nicht g100.
das müßte/soll passen.

der "schwager" hat nen original 1.3er g100 gefahren. und da rein hat er nen appi-motor gehängt. und dann ein 1.3er ecu drangehängt. er muss ja irgendwie den appi zum laufen gekriegt haben. und das original appi ecu hat er zerlegt.
welche kabelbäume hat er denn benutzt, klasse? das vom appi oder das vom g100?

Der kabelbaum muss vom G100 sein, passt normal alles ev. Düsenstecker sind anders!

die hat er provisorisch mit klebeband umwickelt und an die anderen anschlüsse angeschlossen :roll:

das MIL-problem ist weg. bin auf der rückfahrt einmal kurz auf 160 gewesen. und er wollte noch mehr, ohne zu rucken. gottseidank ist es das gewesen :ja: :roll:

No the 280 degree cam wont run on the deto ecu.
The euro G201 has the same cam as the deto/jap spec G201 so yes the applause will have more power with it.
Better spend some more cash and get the High torque cam from rospen motorsport.
With that cam the engine still idles normal (no hunting) and gives a bit more power then the std G201 cam.
That came has more valve lift then the std G201 and other timings.

Besides with most of the "wilder" cams the power will come at higher rpms . so even if they ran fine with the std ecu , you wont make much more power because you cant get above 6500 rpm.
On the daihard forum in aus , there was 1 person who had the 250 degree cam from rospen.
It did ran on his original ecu but it didnt ran really well.

And if you get an aftermarket ecu and an "250/280" degree cam , you will also need other valve springs. (rospen also provides them)

And power-gamer if you want to run the 1.3 ecu in your 1.6 gti , you will need the G200 type 1 ecu.
Dont get the type 2 (smiley face G200) ecu , it wont work!

And i should also say that you do make more power with the 1.3 ecu , but it will come at higher rpms.
The 1.6 with the 1.6 ecu has lots more power lower in rpm's and pulls smoother.
With the 1.3 ecu its slower until you hit 4000rpm , then you feel lots of power comming in :D

Yesterday i switched back from the 1.3 ecu to the 1.6 ecu and must say that i rather have some more power lower in rpms then at high rpm's.

Also kann ich nur mit der Nockenwelle (cam) vom G201 GTi schon etwas
mehr Leistung aus meinem Appi herausholen. Mir würde halt etwas mehr
Leistung oberhalb der 5000 reichen, ohne verlust der Leistung darunter.
Somit keine 1.3 ECU.
