The grooves on the rotors clean the pads surface and the braking it's quite the same,but they are a little noisy.If you want you can install Brembo-Breco rotors without holes or grooves and it isn the same of your OEM in terms of seeing em.The right reference for the Materia-Sirion 1.5 is DP22003 EBC pads (Green Stuff).I think that there is also something for the New Cuore but i 've to check...
