Sorry for not writing in German, but I might have the answer for the Kupplung knarr.
Last month I send my Copen to the garage for the same problem, if the engine became warmer the kupplung was hard to press down. If you shutdown the engine and you listening when pressing the kupplung you hear a clicking noise.
At the garage the have checked the guiding support for the kupplungs cable/bar. The guiding support has been moved from its original position. They pushed it back and oiled the cable/bar and the problem was solved. Maybe the problem will come back in the future, but until now it seem to work properly.
