Cuore dont start easyli
Hello my L701 when its cold in the morning or after a long time with not running(2days) when i go to start my engine takes for example longer seconds to start than when its warm.
Why happens this. |
Is the engine in its factory state or did you modify anything?
Did you repair it or have you done any work on it, before the current situation arrived? How old is the Battery, and how old the spark plugs? |
The spark plug is new.
No mods.Factory The battery its not new When i turn the key, cold engine, takes 4sec to start and hot 2sec. |
that sounds not so unnormal for a cold 3-cylindered Engine to me. At least not, if the engine Oil is of a rather high viscosity. If you want an Engine to perform a Cold start within a Second, then get a for-cylinder.
Even when they come directly from the factory, these three-cylinders need a bit more time for a cold start than most of the four-cylinders. I can't tell why, but I had a new cuore and an almost new Citroën C1, and both of those three-cilindered engines needed a Second or two longer to start than most other cars, which then were four-cylinders. |
Ok.thanks a lot
