Some Hijet Questions

My name is Adri, and i come from Holland (neighbours)
but mein deutsch is nicht so gut, :oops: so i'll try it in english.

First of al nice site, your the only one where it looks serious.
but i have some questions:

1. I want to buy a Daihatsu HiJet 1.2 diesel blind van from 1993
but what are the weak things of a HIjet, where to look 2 times at.

2. Tuning ? are there any parts for a HiJet avalible ? Filters, skirts, front rear, inside ? accersoires ?
and is it possible to build a bigger engine in te HiJet, Charada engines ?

3. The topspeed of an hijet, is it true that they can not drive faster as 100kmph ?

4. and the te final question, the size of the loadingroom ( don't know the precise name) but how big it is the aera where i can put boxes and so on.

Dont buy an Diesel Hijet, these engines (Lombardini, Italy, 2 zyl Version seen inAixam minicars) are load of crap.
Go for an CB (993 ccm) or HC (4banger 1,3l) Hijet.
These engibes are bulletproof and you can find a lot of parts for it.
