Cuore L7 lower 30mm

Hello i want to lower my cuore L7 how i can do it?
Can i change only the coils?

The spring muß be so long, that it ist fixed with the shock absorber on maximum length. Otherwise you need shorter shock absorber. If you choose progressive springs, you won't hav a problem.
